Q1 – When can I expect my order?
A1 – Our average delivery time is 7 working days. If we are very busy, there may occasionally be small delays. We do everything we can to arrange shipping for you as quickly as possible.

Q2 – The expected delivery time has passed. Where is my order?
A2 – In most cases, orders are delivered within the stated timeframe. Unfortunately, occasional delays may occur during shipping. You can check the status of your order via the "TRACK ORDER" button.

Q4 – How much are the shipping costs?
A4 – We offer free shipping for all our products in the NEXTEK shop.

Q6 – I am not satisfied with my product. Can I return it?
A6 – Although we do our best to deliver products of the highest quality, you can return any order within 30 days of delivery without giving any reason.

Q7 – I want to return an item. What should I do?
A7 – If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached. The product must show no signs of use. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 days.

Q10 – I did not receive an order confirmation. Is that possible?
A10 – Have you placed and paid for an order but not received a confirmation?
