Return & Exchange Policy

Not satisfied with your order? We're sorry to hear that — but we’re here to help.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, which is why we’ve made the return and exchange process as simple as possible.

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt.
Once we receive your return, we will refund the full purchase amount within 5 business days to your account.

Please follow these 3 steps:

Step 1:
Enter your information in the “Contact Us” section.
Please include your order number, the shipping address used, and the billing address associated with your payment.

Step 2:
We will send you a return label that you can show at the post office — no cost to you.
Place the product back in the original packaging and send it to us.

Step 3:
Refund to your bank account: Once we receive the returned package, we will process the refund within 5 business days to your account.

Exchanges

If you’d like to receive a new or different item, we will place the order with our supplier within 5 business days.
From there, the process will follow the same steps as any standard order in our webshop.
