F1 – When can I expect my order?
A1 – Our average delivery time is 7 business days. During busy periods, there may be occasional delays. We do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible.
F2 – The estimated delivery time has passed. Where is my order?
A2 – In most cases, orders are delivered within the expected timeframe. However, occasional delays during shipping may occur. You can check the status of your order using the “TRACK ORDER” button.
F4 – What are the shipping costs?
A4 – We offer free shipping on all products in the NEXTEK store.
F6 – I’m not satisfied with my product. Can I return it?
A6 – Although we do our best to provide you with high-quality products, you may return any order within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.
F7 – I’d like to return an item. What should I do?
A7 – If you're not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be in original condition, with all tags and labels attached, and no signs of use.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process a full refund within 5 business days.
F10 – I haven’t received an order confirmation. Is that possible?
A10 – If you’ve placed and paid for an order but haven’t received a confirmation email,
please check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, feel free to contact us directly, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
