SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION? When you purchase something from our store, we collect the personal data you give us—such as your name, address and e-mail address—as part of the buying and selling process.

When you browse our store, we automatically receive your computer’s IP address in order to obtain information about your browser and operating system.

E-mail marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we will send you e-mails about our store, new products and other updates.

SECTION 2 – CONSENT How do we obtain your consent? When you give us personal data to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange delivery or return a purchase, we assume you consent to our collecting and using that data for that specific purpose only.

If we ask for your data for a secondary purpose, such as marketing, we will either ask you directly for your express consent or provide you with an opportunity to decline.

SECTION 3 – DISCLOSURE We may disclose your personal data if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 – SHOPIFY Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. Shopify provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment: If you choose a direct payment method, Shopify stores your credit-card data, encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your order. After that, your transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment providers adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council—a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

These requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit-card data by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS The third-party providers we use will collect, use and disclose your data only to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide to us.

Certain third-party providers, such as payment processors, have their own privacy policies for the data we are required to provide for your purchase-related transactions. We recommend that you read their privacy statements so you can understand how your data will be handled by these providers.

We use your e-mail address to inform you about your order and send you relevant communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We use browser language, IP address and geolocation to display content tailored to your language and country.

In the event of fraud, we may share your data with the victim so a police report can be filed. Only necessary data will be shared, and we will notify you beforehand.

Your credit-card data is encrypted using SSL technology and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission or storage is 100 % secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional industry standards.

SECTION 7 – COOKIES We use the following cookies:

  • _session_id: Unique token, session cookie – stores information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.)

  • _shopify_visit: No data held, persists for 30 minutes – internal visit counter

  • _shopify_uniq: No data held, expires at midnight – counts visits by a single customer

  • cart: Unique token, persists for 2 weeks – stores cart contents

  • _secure_session_id: Unique token, session cookie

  • storefront_digest: Unique token, indefinite – verifies password access

  • PREF: Short-term persistent – set by Google, tracks visitor origin

SECTION 8 – AGE OF CONSENT By using this site, you represent that you are of legal age in your state / country of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

SECTION 9 – CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time; changes take effect immediately upon posting on the website.

If we make material changes, we will inform you here so you are aware of what data we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.

If our store is acquired by or merged with another company, your data may be transferred to the new owners so we can continue to sell products to you.
